Account & Billing

Download the Gospel Hub app from Google Play or the App Store, tap "Sign Up", and register with your email address or social login (Google, Facebook). Verification is instant — you'll be listening within seconds.

You can cancel any time via Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan in the app, or by contacting us at support@gospelhub.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Premium access until then.

Yes! New Premium subscribers get a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required for the free plan.

We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), mobile money (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money), and PayPal through our secure payment partners.

Streaming & Offline

Buffering is usually a network issue. Try switching between WiFi and mobile data, restarting the app, or reducing the streaming quality in Settings → Audio Quality. If problems persist on multiple networks, please contact support.

Offline downloads are a Premium feature. On any song, album, or playlist, tap the download icon (↓). Downloads are stored securely on your device and accessible without internet under Settings → Downloads.

Premium subscribers can download up to 10,000 songs across up to 5 devices. Downloads are refreshed automatically when you connect to the internet every 30 days to ensure licensing compliance.

App & Technical

First, try force-closing and reopening the app. If that doesn't help, clear the app cache (Settings → Apps → Gospel Hub → Clear Cache) or reinstall the app. Make sure your app is updated to the latest version. If the issue persists, contact support with your device model and Android/iOS version.

Go to Your Profile → tap your current photo → select "Change Photo" and choose from your camera or gallery. Changes save instantly.

Gospel Hub is available on Android (8.0 and above) and iOS (13 and above). A web player is coming soon.

Artists & Content

Visit our "For Artists" page to learn how to submit your music. We partner with digital distributors including DistroKid, TuneCore, and CD Baby. You can also apply for direct distribution through our artist programme.

Gospel Hub pays artists per stream based on a pro-rata model from the Premium subscription pool. Detailed royalty reports are available in the Artist Dashboard every month.

Content may be removed for copyright disputes, platform rule violations, or metadata issues. You will receive an email explaining the reason. If you believe a removal was in error, you can appeal through our support team within 14 days.
